I understand which materials are acceptable to drop off at Midnight's Farm and I agree not to bring any unwanted materials (listed above) to the compost facility.

I understand that in the event unwanted materials are off loaded from my vehicle, I may be charged a $10 "stooping fee" for their removal and disposal.

I understand the risk being around machinery when dropping off loads. I will take care while driving around the compost area and I will not hold Midnight's Farm responsible for any damage done to my person or property while on Midnight's Farm.
