We've sold the cattle but...

We've sold the cattle to Don Burt of Saddleback Farms,
but THERE IS STILL BEEF AVAILABLE FROM THE FREEZERS on the farm.  While the cattle are no longer technically
ours, they are still grazing on the farm with pretty much the same program
(grass-fed, rotational grazing, no hormones, essentially no antibiotics, and
humane slaughter).  I'm just not the one
feeding them and worrying about them when I'm away.  Currently there is lots of beef available in
the freezers in the retail building north of the barn.  When it runs low, Don will restock the
freezers with beef and or lamb.  As long
as the "beef" sign is up on the mailbox, presumably it is available from the
freezers!
